What happens to your enquiry details
Millie, trading as One Eye on AI, is responsible for the details you choose to send through the business check. For questions about your information, email hello@oneeyeonai.com.
What you send and why
The check stays in your browser while you use the page. It is not saved to an account. If you send an enquiry, your name, email, message and any business name or general area you add go to Millie’s private inbox. Your check answers go with it only if you tick the option to include them. Those linked answers are not anonymous.
Millie uses these details to read and reply to the request you chose to send. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: handling a person’s own enquiry about a possible service. The form asks you to confirm that you want Millie to use the details to reply; that confirmation does not sign you up to anything else.
Enquiry details are not put into AI tools, used for newsletter sign-up, marketing or course enrolment, or published. Sending an enquiry does not book a visit or authorise access to your systems.
Where it goes
Vercel handles the web request. Google Firebase Firestore stores it in a private owner inbox. These providers may process information outside the UK; their linked notices explain their services and privacy arrangements. The enquiry is not sent to an AI model.
How long it is kept
Millie keeps an enquiry while dealing with it. At 90 days, any still-open enquiry is reviewed. If it still needs to be kept, Millie records why and sets a new review date. It is deleted when it is no longer needed. The 90-day point is a manual review, not automatic deletion.
Your choices and rights
You can ask Millie what personal information is held about you, correct it, or ask for it to be erased or restricted. You can also object to the use of your details for this enquiry. Contact hello@oneeyeonai.com and explain what you need. The rights that apply depend on the circumstances.
You can complain about how your information is handled to the Information Commissioner’s Office. It is usually helpful to contact Millie first so she can try to resolve it.
Notice version: 16 October 2026.
